How does buying work?

All prices are fixed — no haggling. Adding an item to your cart reserves it; checkout places a secure hold (7% sales tax applied), and confirming completes the purchase. Everything ships UPS with tracking, and you'll be notified at every step.

What is Triton?

Triton is our AI. It identifies parts from photos, answers one quick question when it isn't sure, rates condition (Fair / Good / Very Good / Like New), finds every compatible Year/Make/Model, and powers the camera-based visual search — no part numbers or terminology needed.

What are My List and My Garage?

My List saves items you're considering — quantities are not reserved, and we'll remind you after 3 days and 1 week. My Garage stores your systems (year/make/model) so compatible-part search is one click on every visit.

How do I sell?

One account does both. Open the Vendor Portal, snap a photo, and Triton builds the listing — you confirm price and quantity. Three different photos minimum. New vendors start on the free Stock tier; paid tiers add eBay/Amazon distribution, Vendor Recognition, and featured placement.

What does selling cost?

Base commission is 20% of the sale price, reduced by great ratings and sales volume (high-volume sellers reach 15%; Redline vendors get additional monthly price breaks). Vendors have 48 hours to ship; late shipments and refunds carry SLA charges.

Mechanic installation support

Buy any part and Triton's mechanic support comes free for that install — step-by-step guidance, tool lists, and torque notes. Paid vendor plans include it across the board. Safety-critical jobs are flagged for professional review.

Returns & support

Refunds restore stock and notify both parties automatically. Message any vendor directly from their listing or profile, and rate your seller after each purchase.
